Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 10:15 a.m. - 11:45 a.m. There were 12 children in care being supervised by the provider and 3 assistants ages, 6 months, 6 months, 8 months, 9 months, 9 months, 9 months, 12 months, 19 months, 20 months, 23 months, 2 years, and 3 years for a total of 41 points. The children were observed eating lunch and preparing for nap. Infants were observed being bottle fed, being diapered, and soft toy play on the floor. Lunch served today is beef, green beans, yogurt, whole grain toast, egg, and milk. Twelve children's records were reviewed and in compliance. The provider, 1 household member, and 3 assistant records were reviewed and in compliance. The most recent emergency escape drill was conducted 12/10/2019 and the most recent shelter in place drill was conducted 12/12/2019. There are reportedly no medications being administered to children in the family day home at this time. The provider and one assistant are current in CPR, and First Aid training.
