An unannounced renewal study was conducted from 10:45 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. There were seven children in care with the provider and one assistant ages 3 months, 6 months, 13 months, 19 months,2 years, 2 years, and 2 years for a total of 21 points. The children were observed participating in free play, eating lunch, and being bottle fed. Lunch served today is chicken, rice, potatoes, apples, and milk. Seven children's records were reviewed and in compliance. The provider, one assistant and two household member records were reviewed and in compliance. The most recent emergency escape drill was conducted 12/17/2019. There are reportedly no medications being administered to children in the family day home at this time. The provider and assistant are current in CPR and First Aid certification.
