Comments:

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 1/15/20 from 9:20am - 10:30am. During the inspection there were six children in care, ages one year old to three years old (13 points), with two caregivers present. Records were reviewed for five children and four caregivers/household members. Children were observed playing with toys and doing learning activities. There was no medication at the family day home. Emergency plan and emergency supplies were reviewed. There were no violations cited during this inspection.
