A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted from 1:09 PM to 5:25 PM to review supplemental health and safety requirements. Today, there were two school age children in care and six resident children present with the provider. I viewed operational responsibilities, record keeping, nutrition, food service, hand washing, caregiver training, reports, children's information, hazardous substances, attendance records, bathroom use, emergency response plans, five records for children, one caregiver record, emergency drills and planning. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements.
