Comments:
An unannounced monitoring/renewal inspection was conducted today at approximately 10:20am. There were 4 children (14 points) directly supervised by the provider. The home, 1 staff records, 4 children?s records, 2 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Per provider there were no medications on site today. Children were observed playing freely and preparing for rest. There was an adequate supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. There were no violations observed during this inspection .
