Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspections was conducted on 02/03/2020 from 3:15 P.M-5:10 P.M. to review supplemental health and safety requirements. At the time of arrival three children were present, an additional six children arrived afterschool for a total of nine children (twelve points) with one provider present. Five children records, two caregiver records, evacuation drills, first aid kit, emergency supplies, emergency plan, one pet vaccine, and required posted information were reviewed. Children were observed during free play activities, arrival of afterschool children, handwashing, snacktime, and departure. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
