Technical Assistance:
The annual updated health and safety training must be competed for all caregivers by 3/1/2020.

Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 1/27/2020 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. Observed children transitioning to rest time, hand washing and brushing their teeth. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice. Evidence:
The attendance log did not include the arrival and departure time for each child in care.

Plan of Correction: Times for arrival and departure for all children in care shall be documented.
