54.1-3408 Provider must be MAT certified to administer prescription medication.

Technical Assistance:
There were no medications on cite during today's inspection, however the provider was reminded to obtain a current copy of the medication administration training certification.

Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today between 10:15am and 12:20pm. There were 9 children present with the Provider and 1 assistant for a total of 30 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed playing freely with miscellaneous toys, putting away the toys, eating lunch (brought from home) and napping. Diaper changing procedures were observed. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, fire drill log, attendance and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. Thank you for your cooperation.
