Technical Assistance:
Discussed having the log in the backyard sanded down and then monitor all logs to ensure there are no jagged pieces of wood or areas that could cause a splinter.

Comments:
An unannounced Renewal inspection was conducted from 9:00am-11:00am. There were 6 children (14 points) in the direct supervision of the Provider and two Assistant Providers. A sample size of 3 children's records, 4 caregiver records, evacuation drills, the first aid kit, emergency materials, the playground, and the daycare space were reviewed. The children were observed writing in their journals, having circle time, learning about feelings, using the restroom, playing outside on the playground, and dancing.
