Technical Assistance:
The program contact staff stated that the stationary playground structure is not currently in use due to an instable step leading up to the structure. The licensing inspector also noted a protrusion (a large, capped screw) that sticks out from the structure 1 1/2 inches and is located on the side barrier on the first platform of the structure. Please be sure when repairs are made to the step that this protrusion is also eliminated before the structure is used again by children in care.
