Thank you for your time and assistance with the unannounced monitoring inspection that was conducted today, March 23, 2015. The on-site visit was conducted from 10:15 a.m. to 2:40 p.m. At the time of arrival there were eighty-eight (88) children in eight classrooms and in the care of sixteen (16) staff members. The total enrollment for the program was one hundred fifty-nine (159) children. There were five staff members' records and seven children's records reviewed. There were seven staff members and three children interviewed. The medication and medication paperwork were reviewed for three children. There were no violations of the licensing standards observed on this date. Lunch was observed to meet the USDA guidelines and consisted of soft beef and cheese tacos, green beans, pears and milk. The theme for the week was Windy. Circle time, practice with handwriting, springtime art activities, infant care, infant feeding, diapering procedures, choice time, hand washing and bathroom procedures, outdoor play, lunch, and nap time were observed during the visit.
