Technical Assistance:
Room 123 and the Music Room are the two rooms approved for use, along with the cafeteria, under the terms of the current license.

Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on April 28, 2015. There were 14 children present with two staff members. The program was not meeting in their regular space, as it was being utilized by the school for an activity. The children were observed watching children's programming and preparing for snack. The licensing inspector reviewed the physical plant, supervision, required postings, children's records, emergency evacuation and shelter-in-place documentation, and nutrition. There are no medications present or being administered in the program. Three children's records were reviewed during the inspection.

Standard #: 22VAC40-185-550-D
Description: Based on review, the licensee did not ensure that a practice evacuation drill was conducted monthly. Evidence: During the inspection conducted on April 28, 2015, there was no documentation of an evacuation drill conducted in February 2015.

Plan of Correction: Staff will ensure fire drills are done monthly to avoid violations.
