An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted on a Teacher Workday. Sixty six children were in attendance with five staff. The children were transitioning from lunch, preparing for the Carnival and free play on the back blacktop. The carnival was the main event with face painting, cupcake walk, funnel cake, karaoke, ping-pong toss, bowling and cotton candy planned for the afternoon. Emergency medication is on-site and staff have the required MAT training to administer prescription medication as well as the additional module required for specialized medication/care needed for one child. Two rooms were in use and well equipped for school-age children. The Provider's responses to the "Description of Action To Be Taken" were not received as of 4/24/2015 and will not appear on the Violation Notice. Please call if you need any assistance.
