An unannounced focused inspection was made on 5/19/2015. This inspection was a follow up to the March 2015 inspection in which an Intensive Plan of Correction was required as a result of systemic and or repeat violations which was signed and followed up on in May. The inspection was focused on two key areas identified on the IPOC (hand washing and supervision). The inspector arrived at 10:20 A.M. and departed the program at 12:28 P.M. All items that were directly related to the IPOC were found to be in compliance on the date of the inspection. Discussion with Owner about : hand washing while doing dishes after each meal, and sight supervision.

Description: Based on observation the center failed to ensure that all chemicals were locked. Evidence: 1. The inspector found that a spray bottle of sanitizing solution was sitting a shelf unlocked in the kitchen area.

Plan of Correction: During the inspection the spray was locked up and will be monitored.

Description: Based on observation the center failed to ensure that all chemicals that are stored in a substitute container are clearly labeled with their contents. Evidence: 1. The inspector found that the sanitizing solution that was sitting on the shelf did not clearly indicate their contents.

Plan of Correction: During the inspection the teacher labeled the container and will monitor.
