Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 5/19/15 between 1:00 and 3:30. The inspection was conducted with the site director. The inspector spoke with staff and children. The following staff/child ratios were observed: 2 staff with 18 three through fives year old children The children were outside playing after nap time. They came inside, used the restroom, washed their hands and prepared to go home. Most children ride the school buses. Snack this afternoon was graham crackers and milk. Lunch today was corn dog nuggets, broccoli with cheese, fruit cocktail and milk. Health inspection ? 9/11/14 Fire inspection ? 9/8/14 Last fire drill 4/30/15 and shelter-in-place drills have been conducted All required documents were posted including license, licensing notices, menu, and evacuation
