Comments:
Licensing Inspector arrived at 10:00 and departed at 11:00 AM. At the time of the inspection, there were 12 children, ages two through four, present with three staff. Children were observed playing with table toys, rolling balls and reading books. No medication is being stored or administered at this site.

Violations:
Standard #: 22VAC40-185-280-B
Description: Based on inspection of the physical plant, it was determined that the facility did not ensure that hazardous substances such as cleaning materials were kept in a locked place using a safe locking method. Evidence: There was a container of Clorox wipes stored in an open cubby in the dining room.

Plan of Correction: Container was locked up immediately.
