Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted after school today. There are 26 children present with 3 staff at LI arrival. Medications, first aid supplies, emergency escape drills, Shelter-in-place drills are in compliance. Children were observed rehearsing for a play, outside on the playground, playing games and during a transition outside. 4 children's files were reviewed. See violation notice for missing information. Staff files were reviewed for Medication Administration Training (MAT) certification. If you have any questions regarding this inspection, please contact me at 703-479-4678. Description: Based upon a review of files, one child's file is incomplete. Evidence: 1 of 4 files reviewed does not contain documentation of the Father's information. (Child A)
