Technical Assistance:
A sampling of staff records from this site was reviewed. As a reminder, it is the licensee's responsibility to ensure that daily staffing of classrooms includes a Program Director qualified staff at each site at least 50% of operating hours, a Program Leader qualified staff regularly scheduled in each individual grouping of children, at least one staff with current CPR and First Aid training and at least one staff with current Daily Health Observation Training on site during hours of operation.

Comments:
An unannounced focused monitoring inspection was conducted to review staff records for 5 sites operated by the Peninsula Metropolitan YMCA. The records sample size consisted of three staff records for the program operated at Hardy Elementary School. Thank you for your time during today's inspection.
