A scheduled follow up inspection was conducted today by the licensing inspector. The applicant was present and provided additional documentation as needed to complete the licensing process. Some but not all standards were checked today as children were not in care. The playground fence has been installed, the emergency preparedness plan has been reviewed by the county and the licensee has changed the requested age range to 2-12 years. Original criminal checks were viewed and additional materials were on site. There will be staff on site with first aid/CPR, health screening instruction. Based on inspection of the facility and documentation provided, a conditional license (6 months) will be recommended. No more than 27 children may be on the playground at any one time. Square footage, toilets/sinks and the certificate of occupancy limit the capacity to 40 occupants, which includes both children and staff. approximate time on site today: 12:30 pm - 2 pm
