Interviews were conducted with children and staff present. Seven children?s records and two staff records were reviewed. Children were observed in transitions, hand washing, rest room routines, teacher and self-directed activities.. The center does not transport children in care. Staff report there is not any medication being administered at this time. The inspector reviewed the center first aid kit, emergency radio and flashlight, insurance documentation, fire and health inspection and emergency evacuation drills.
