Comments:
During today's routine monitoring inspection a separate "self-reported" incident was investigated. The inspection took place from 1:00pm and concluded at 2:00pm. On 9/23/15 the center reported to the Licensing Inspector an allegation of a staff member roughly handling a child which is a forbidden action. The inspector interviewed the Program Director, staff member #1, and staff member #2. There were no violations cited during the time of the inspection. Based on the preponderance of evidence during the investigation the allegation could not be supported. The investigation is considered to be closed at this time given the information provided regarding the allegation. Thank you for your time, please call me at 309-2051.
