Today an unannounced renewal inspection was conducted between 1:45pm and 3:15pm. There were 64 children in the care of 5 staff members. Children were observed participating in a special event (Mall Day) in which smoothies, pizza, fries were made and nails were painted for a fee. Children were also engaged in child led activities such as cards, coloring, and creating their own board game. Medications, a sampling of children's records, supervision, battery operated flash light, medication training, and the facility were observed and inspected. Staff records are reviewed off site at a later date. If you have any questions please contact me at 703-554-4995 or at email@example.com
