An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. There were 43 children in care, with a total of 10 staff members assigned to their direct supervision. The children were observed attending chapel services, playing at the water table, creating various holiday themed arts and crafts, attending PE class, and enjoying free choice activities in the classroom. Standard #: 22VAC40-185-510-E Description: Based on a review of children's medications, it was determined that two non-prescription medications were not labeled. Evidence: In Room 6, two children's over-the-counter medications were not labeled with the child's name. Plan of Correction: They will be labeled today.
