An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted during the after school session. Forty three students were present with five staff which is within ratios for school-age children. Both SACC rooms are well maintained and decorated with the year long theme for global adventures. Seven medications are on-site with authorizations and storage procedures in place. Emergency training for Medication Administration Training (MAT) certification, first aid and CPR are current for three staff. Staff records reviewed for emergency contacts. A semi-annual review is conducted at OFC to review staff background searches, qualifications and references. Snack served today was yogurt and goldfish with water. Emergency preparation is current for drills and first aid supplies. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report.
