Comments:
An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted from 10:45-12:00. Fifteen children were present with two adult caregivers (a paid staff member and a parent co-op member). Children were engaged in dancing and an active game upon arrival as the temperature was too cold to play on the playground. Observed transition to hand washing, snack/lunch and a "N" letter project. Lunch boxes were dated and labeled properly. All emergency drills and supplies are up to date. Checked water temperature for hall bathrooms with facility manager and it was within the safe temperature range (117.2). Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. Please sign and date the report and return it to me within 10 calendar days from date of receipt. If you have any questions regarding the inspection, please feel free to contact me. Thank you Ann Dramstad Licensing Inspector 703-314-0860 ann.dramstad@dss.virginia.gov
