Technical Assistance:
The current asbestos inspection will be three years old in April 2016 and the center will need to be reinspected. Consultation was given on signing orientation documentation as it is the one way the Inspector can verify it was done in a timely manner as required when staff are assuming job responsibilities.

Comments:
An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted. Four classes were present with children in ratio with direct care staff. Observed children transitioning from the playground, working on an art project, transition to snack and hand washing. Rooms are well organized and equipped with age appropriate materials. Multiple staff have MAT, DHO, First Aid and CPR certification. Drills and emergency preparedness was reviewed. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. Please sign and date the report and return it to me within 10 calendar days from date of receipt. If you have any questions regarding the inspection, please feel free to contact me.
