Discussed acceptable linens to be used in cribs.
An unannounced renewal inspection and investigation due to a self-reported allegation were initiated today at 10:50am. The self-reported allegation was received by the Licensing Inspector on March 1, 2016. The director informed the LI that there were concerns of inappropriate behavior between two children in care. Interviews were conducted regarding the allegation. The preponderance of evidence does not support the allegation, therefore it was determined to be "not valid". For the renewal inspection: The physical plant, 3 staff files, 4 children's files, annual fire and health inspections, staff training, child nutrition, children's activities, medications, emergency procedures, drills and supplies were inspected today. There were 105 children under the supervision of 14 staff. During the inspection, children were observed learning about the scientific method, participating in funtastic fitness and resting during naptime. For lunch, the children were served paella with salmon and chicken, pineapple and mango coleslaw, wheat bread and milk. The interactions between the children and staff were seen to be positive and constructive in nature. Should you have any questions, please contact me at email@example.com.
