Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on March 25th 2016 between 10:15am and 11:15am. There were 24 children in the direct care of 7 staff members. The center is running a Spring Break program. The children were observed building, creating bead necklaces, duct tape art, tissue paper animals, dancing, and playing running games in the gymnasium. A sampling of children's records, supervision, the physical space, programming, first aid kit, and attendance record was observed and inspected.
