Technical Assistance:
1. Asbestos inspection documents remain outstanding, per the complaint investigation conducted in November 2015. 2. Staff should limit the use of cell phones when they are in the ratios and supervising the children.

Comments:
Conducted an unannounced monitoring inspection. Observed 16 children + 2 direct-care staff. Ratios were in compliance. Children were having active play on the outside play area. The climbing structure on the playground is currently off-limits to the children, due to an insufficient fall zone. The facility was found to be clean, safeguarded appropriately, and sufficiently supplied with toys and equipment for the children. According to the posted menu, the afternoon snack today will be graham crackers, pineapple, and water. No medications reported to be on-site. Emergency preparedness supplies were in compliance. Staff working today were currently trained in First Aid/CPR, medication administration (MAT), and daily health screening. Record keeping was in good order.
