Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on April 29, 2016. Upon arrival to the facility, there were no children present. Throughout the course of the inspection there were two staff were present with seven children. Children were observed arriving to the program and playing with various table top toys and activities. Two children's records were reviewed on this date. Licensing Inspector reviewed supervision, activities, equipment, nutrition, injury report documentation, children's records, emergency evacuation and shelter-in-place drill documentation, fire and health inspection reports, liability insurance coverage, emergency supplies and required postings. There are currently no medications being administered at this time.

Description: Based on observation and inspection of the facility, the licensee did not have all required nonmedical emergency supplies. Evidence: During the inspection conducted on April 29, 2016, it could not be determined if the battery operated radio was operable.

Plan of Correction: Batteries will be purchased today.
