An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from 9:30 am - 11:30am. There were 69 children directly supervised by 11 staff. The physical plant, staff records, children' s records, children's medication records, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play, doing sequencing activities, gluing and cutting, practicing potty routines and hand washing procedures. There was an abundant supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. There was an adequate number of staff with current certification in MAT, CPR and First Aid, as well as DHO training. Staff-to-child ratios were in compliance. The center was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. If you have any questions regarding this inspection, please contact the Licensing Inspector.
