Chils #4's epi-pen expired Nov 2015. Please have this replaced with an up-to-date epi-pen.

An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated today at 3:45pm. The physical plant, 4 children's files, children's activities, emergency procedures, drills and supplies were inspected today. There were 36 children under the supervision of 4 staff. During the inspection, children were observed cleaning up for and eating afternoon snack, enjoying free play, working on homework and going outside to play. The interactions between the children and staff were seen to be positive and constructive in nature. Today, the children were served chocolate chip gripz grahams and apple juice for snack. The Site Supervisor is certified in MAT (medication administration training). Staff files are not reviewed on site, but during an annual administrative file review.
