Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted beginning at 10:45 a.m. and ending at 1:30 p.m. There were sixty-two children in care with twelve staff ranging in age from three months to eleven years old. An infant was observed sleeping and older infants were observed having play time. Infant bottles were labeled and dated. The outdoor play area was observed. Toddlers were observed hand washing and preparing for lunch. Two year olds were observed during hand washing and preparing for nap. Three year olds were observed finishing lunch and preparing for nap. Four year olds were preparing for outside play. School age children were observed having outside play on the playground. Lunch today was hot dogs, whole wheat bun, watermelon, mixed vegetables and milk. Five children's records and four staff records were reviewed. The last health inspection was conducted 5/5/2016. The last fire inspection was conducted 9/10/2015. Buses were observed to be in compliance. Liability insurance is current.
