Comments:
A complaint investigation has been completed at the facility. The Inspector observed classes, interviewed staff, and reviewed records in response to a complaint regarding hand washing. The preponderance of evidence did support the allegation that infant's hands were not being washed before allowing them to eat and the Inspector also observed that hand washing did not occur after being fed. The complaint has been deemed valid. Please call with questions 703-479-4679
