- Technical Assistance:
We discussed daily walks to the park and bringing supplies and water; and the labeling of medications.
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 1:20 - 2:45 pm. There were 33 children present with 7 staff. I arrived during naptime, and children were all napping. There was evidence of the latest celebration of cultures with decorated "grass" skirts from Hawaii; and the well-stocked children's dramatic play area with extra baby buggies was very appealing. Records and medications were reviewed and found to be well-organized. If you have any questions, please contact me at email@example.com

Standard #: 22VAC40-185-540-E Description: During today's inspection, the required battery-operated radio was not operational. Evidence: The radio was not working and did not have batteries. Plan of Correction: We will get a new one or get batteries for this radio.
