Technical Assistance:
An exit interview was conducted with the director to discuss the results of today's inspection. Consultation was given regarding required subsidy training.

Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today, August 22, 2016 to determine the center's compliance with licensing standards. The inspection was initiated at 3:10pm and concluded approximately 5:30pm. Upon arrival, 18 Pre K children with 3 staff and 9 school age children with two staff were observed playing outdoors and using the restroom. Today's snack consisted of assorted fruit cup with yogurt and 100% juice. All areas used by children were inspected to include the main hallways, children restrooms, classrooms, school age building, and playground. The center's van was inspected with the required information and items present. The center had the required postings displayed on the wall upon entering the center. The center's first aid kit and emergency supplies were inspected with the required supplies found. Five children and two staff records were inspected with the required information present. The following was also inspected on this day: annual fire & health inspections, fire/shelter-in-place drills, emergency preparedness plan, injury prevention plan update, daily schedule, daily attendance, parent agreements, and other pertinent information. Previous violations were inspected and found to have been corrected and brought into compliance. Description: Based on the inspection of administrative records, the required written procedures have not been developed. Evidence: During the inspection of administrative records, it was discovered the center has not developed written procedures for injury prevention.

Plan of Correction: Per director: I will create the written procedures and keep a written copy to review.
