Comments:
The following inspection took place between the hours of 2 pm through 3:30 pm. Today, I met with the Staff of the County After-School Activities (CASA) program held on site at Evergreen Mill Elementary school located in the town of Leesburg, Virginia. At the start of this unannounced monitoring inspection there were a total of 29 children with 2 staff; good ratios for this one group. A total of 3 children?s files were reviewed. Staff files were reviewed on an earlier date. The children were engaged in the following: drop off, centers within the room to include: dress up, legos, art, and freeplay; snack time, homework, and other organized activities. If you should have any future questions, please call. Thank you. Charlie Perkins, Licensing Inspector (703) 309-3963

Below these supplies, on lower shelves were stored food supplies for upcoming ice cream socials, and cups & plates used for upcoming pizza parties. 2.
