Discussed alternative plan of action when medication is listed as the plan of action but not provided.
An unannounced inspection was conducted from 3 05- 415. There were 50 children but quickly children began to get picked up by parents. The program has received all medical records and authorizations for medication and staff have been working on the children's records. The staff have children included that have varying needs of extra supervision. The staff were observed talking and informing each other when a child would leave one area and enter into another space. Hand washing and snack was observed and emergency drills are current. Please call with questions 703-479-4679
