Today an unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted beginning at 4:30pm. There were 13 children present with two teachers. Children were observed playing with legos, building racetracks, and playing board games. Staff certifications viewed on-site and current are MAT (medication administration training), First Aid, CPR and Daily Health Observation. Other required documentation in staff records is reviewed annually in the main office. Four children's records and 4 medications with authorizations were also reviewed today. There are no observed violations at this time. This inspection, including the exit interview, ended at 4:15pm. Should you have any questions, please call.
