An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today at 3:40pm. There were 42 school-agers directly supervised by 5 staff. The physical plant, 5 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play, reading books, playing outside, and eating snack. There was an abundant supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. There was an adequate number of staff with current certification in MAT, CPR and First Aid, as well as DHO training. Staff-to-child ratios were in compliance. The center was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. Please complete the ?plan of correction? and ?date to be corrected? for each violation cited on the violation notice and return it to me within 10 calendar days from today.
