Comments:
Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on November 22, 2016 from 11:00 a.m. through 1:30 p.m. On this date, there were forty-three (43) children in the care of eleven (11) staff members in five classrooms. There are eight-two (82) children enrolled in this program. There were four (4) children's records and seven (7) staff records reviewed and updated. Areas of non-compliance may be found on the violation notice. Areas observed were educational center activities, story time, and hand washing/bathroom procedures, transition, outside play, lunch, and nap. Lunch was observed to meet USDA guidelines and consisted of chicken nuggets, fruit, peas and milk.
