Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted with the director beginning at 12:00 PM and ending at 2:00 PM. There were thirty-one children in care during the inspection. The children's ages ranged from three to five years old. The three year old classroom was observed playing in the home living and dramatic play area, playing with building blocks, and working at the sensory table. The four and five year old classroom was observed during their resting period. Children were also observed doing puzzles, reading books, and working in activity books. Six children's records were reviewed and determined to be in compliance. One medication was reviewed and determined to be in compliance. The monthly emergency evacuation drill log was reviewed and determined to be in compliance. The most recent emergency evacuation drill was conducted on December 14, 2016. The most recent health inspection was documented as May 23, 2016. The most recent fire inspection was documented as March 31, 2016.
