Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted from 10:35 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. There were twenty-two children in care with five teachers working directly with them. There was a floater available to assist as needed. Four children's records were reviewed. The record for three teachers were reviewed. Upon arrival the children were lining up and the younger children were being secured in the carriages for a walk around the grounds. They were also observed during toileting and hand washing, lunch, practicing good manners, nap, playing with toys, talking and laughing with one another and working on their preschool skills workbooks. The younger children were observed during toileting, diapering, hand washing, talking, babbling, being comforted and played with by the teachers, singing songs, clapping their hands, having lunch, being fed, playing with rattles and other soft toys and sleeping.
