An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 12:20pm-1:40pm. There were 15 children (3yrs-5yrs.) directly supervised by 3 staff. The physical plant, 2 staff records, 3 children?s records,evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There was no medication on site. Children were observed participating in group play, reading books, playing outside, and eating snack. There was an abundant supply of materials for the children. The center was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.

Description: Based on review, evacuation drills were not implemented monthly. Evidence: During inspection an evacuation drill for December 2016 was not documented.

Plan of Correction: Evacuation drill was conducted but not documented we will correct today.
