Comments:
Thank you for your assistance during today's unannounced monitoring inspection conducted from 9:30 AM to 12:15 PM. This morning, there were fourteen children attending the three year old program with two teachers. This afternoon, thirteen children were expected for the four year old class. I viewed program activities, equipment, staffing, supervision, interactions with children, posted information, medication, four records for children, two staff records, staff training, daily routines, snack, emergency supplies and drill records, indoor and outdoor areas. The children were provided a variety of activities based on the theme of love and Valentine's Day. Teachers were observed facilitating conversation and learning opportunities during group activities and individual interactions. Music and movement activities have been included in the experiences planned for children. Records were well organized. Let me know if you need any assistance. 540/430-9259
