Plan of Correction: Per Center: "This was corrected when we did a self audit. Future TB screenings will be done within 21 days of employment."

Evidence: Out of nine classrooms inspected, hazardous cleaning materials were found in an unlocked cabinet in Classroom #4. These items were located in high cabinets that were inaccessible to children, however, they were not locked. Plan of Correction: Per Center: "The materials were used for an art activity and have now been removed from the classroom."

Plan of Correction: Per Center: "Staff were spoken to about this while the inspector was here."
