Description: Based on observation and interview, it was determined that the facility did not ensure that the diapering surface shall be cleaned with soap and at least room temperature water and sanitized after each use. Evidence: 1. The Licensing Inspector observed staff #2 changing a diaper on child #1. At the conclusion of the diaper change, staff #2 wiped the diaper changing table with a wet cloth.
