Comments:
An unannounced afternoon inspection was conducted in the afternoon. The Inspector arrived before the children arrived and 4 staff were present and preparing for the arrival of school kids. The staff had afternoon snack available and children were observed washing their hands as they arrived. Attendance was taken and the program had 50 children present for the start of the program. Snack was orange slices, crackers, and milk. The groups were in two classrooms and some children started on their homework, others played games, and a few decided to read books. The older children talked to the inspector and the staff got ready to take children outside. Records, medication procedures, certifications, and special care provisions were reviewed and in compliance. Please call with questions 703-479-4679
