Violations:
Standard #: VENDSUB-000-031-B-3
Description: Based on interview and a review of current emergency polices and procedures the facility failed to have policy and procedures should there be a lockdown. Evidence: 1. On 03/15/2017 the licensing inspector and the director of the facility talked about the emergency procedures while reviewing the policies and procedures. The director confirmed there seemed to be no policies or procedures for a lockdown.

Plan of Correction: I will contact the Albemarle County Police Department and request they come and work with us on the development of this policy and procedure. We should be able to get this done within a month.
