Comments:
An unannounced non-mandated monitoring inspection was conducted on Wednesday, March 22, 2017 from 1:30pm to 2:02pm to examine the areas of noncompliance identified in the Intensive Plan of Correction(IPOC). The following child to staff ratios were observed: Infants-4:1 Toddlers and Twos-10:1 (rest time ratio) Preschool-9:1(rest time ratio) School Age-not present The violations from the previous inspections were checked for corrections. The center is in compliance with the areas of non-compliance addressed in the IPOC.
